I’m Furgencio Herrera. Most people call me Furg.

I’m a father, entrepreneur, and educator. My experience spans corporate learning, real estate, tax preparation, and sales. Across all of it, I keep coming back to the same question: how do we help people become more capable?

That’s what I bring to a room. I translate complicated ideas into plain language, connect them to familiar work, and give people a chance to practice.

AI is a powerful part of that story. The goal is to help people think more clearly, work more deliberately, and build skills they can keep.
