You don’t need a technical background to start having more useful conversations with AI. This session introduces the fundamentals and gives you a structure for asking more clearly and reviewing what comes back.

  1. Understand the essentialsBuild a clearer picture of AI assistants and how they can support everyday tasks.
  2. Give a stronger briefPractice supplying context, defining the action, and asking for a format you can use.
  3. Improve the first answerTreat the response as a draft. Question assumptions, ask for revisions, and decide what is ready to use.

Before the session

Think of one everyday task you would like help with. A rough set of notes, a draft outline, or a planning question is enough. Keep any example free of private client, employer, or personal information.
